Brighton-based architect Noel Boswijk
conducted a tender programme for the clients,
and Jaques Construction was selected.

A model was constructed, and, being careful to
maintain the style and ‘wow factor’ of the
concept designs, David Jaques worked on the
specification and budget requirements
alongside Noel and the clients, suggesting
various options until a programme was agreed.
