The client had commissioned some drawings and obtained Planning Permission.

Paul Huggins then worked with the clients to enhance various aspects of the proposed design, and a structural model for the steelwork was produced.

The Dorking bricks used to build the original house were no longer available, so Paul elected to mix bricks from different yards in order to obtain a match – and arranged for mortar samples to be mixed – to enable the new work to blend in with the existing.
