The client commissioned local architects Ian Wright Associates, who obtained planning permission and listed buildings consent to extend, alter and carry out extensive restoration work to the property.

The building was extensively surveyed in order to clarify all costs before commencement. The only item that extended the cost commitment during work was the re-building of a section of the main parapet wall.
